I saw Nathan because of stiffness and pain in my lower back that caused me to stand and walk with a stooped posture. I have had this problem on and off for a few years and it became chronic in the last few months, so much so that my friends were commenting on it. One friend recommended that I see Nathan, the osteopath at CES, who over a period of several weeks made what seemed like small adjustments to numerous joints from shoulder and neck to hips and pelvis. The result was that I am now able to stand and walk with a normal upright posture. The physios and chiropractors at other clinics that I had seen before about my problem did not really help. My theory is that the problem is musculo-skeletal misalignment, and that is why osteopathic therapy has been able to correct it. The clinic itself is well run - it is clean and tidy, and appointments are on time.
