Anand is a wellness aficionado. His areas of interest and expertise include Osteopathy, Yoga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Breathwork, Meditation and Floatation Therapy. He holds a Master’s in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Anand came into Osteopathy following the positive experience of its healing potential after being treated for multiple injuries from martial arts and car accidents. From there, Anand decided to pursue this type of treatment in order to share the clarity and effectiveness that it gives to both the practitioner and the patient.
