Description
I'm an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Kinesiologist serving Calgary and surrounding communities. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. After graduation, I took off to the other side of the globe for an adventure. In Europe I had my first experience with a manual osteopathic therapist. When the opportunity to become a manual practitioner came along, I jumped at the chance to learn more!

In-person visit
Lana is one of the best therapists I have worked with. She seems to understand how the muscles, joints and ligaments all work and how to get me to a pain free state. She does not push the exercise element but does put the bug in my ear for different stretches that will help me feel better. Working with her over the last few months has been amazing and i feel better daily.
