Description

Tammy is a 2200-hour graduate from the Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer. She practices myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization as well as Swedish style massage in therapy sessions. She is also certified in cupping, chest and breast massage and practices Reiki. She is always learning new techniques and modalities to provide clients with a variety of treatment options for their treatment plan.
Outside of work Tammy lives for the summer months where she can be found in a garden, at the beach or on the hunt for a new berry patch ripe for picking.
