Together, let’s talk about what that looks like for you, identify your goals, and embark on a journey toward them. My own journey started as a child when I played many sports, overcame injuries, and felt how physical limitations affected my ability to move and be myself. During my first ecstatic dance, I discovered what it meant to truly move freely, and felt how I had been limiting my self.
