I obtained a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences from the University of Ottawa, followed by a specialization in osteopathy at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto. My training combines scientific rigor and a holistic approach to the body. My university studies gave me a worldview focused on facts and an empirical approach and my training in osteopathy made me realize that conventional medicine is often more reactive than preventive, which pushed me to explore holistic approaches.
