Matthew Somers was very informative and answered all my questions. I like his approach to focus and help with flexibility, sleep and emptying out my bladder without delay. He worked on organs and was happy to share his knowledge and training in his specific specialties. Appreciated his holistic view on energy, body alignment and mental health.
