Zephyr completed the intensive Registered Massage Therapy program through Everest College. She uses a variety of techniques, including gentle massage, deep tissue massage, remedial exercise and hydrotherapy, adapting her approach to each person's unique needs, goals and preferences. Zephyr has a passion for helping people to heal and attain balance so they can be their best every day. With Zephyr, you can relax, knowing that you are in good hands and that your wellness goals are her priority. She is also an avid yoga practitioner and enjoys vegetables from her community garden plot.
