Monica is a certified Osteopath and Kinesiologist. Her journey in health care began as she graduated from Saint Francis Xavier University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Health Sciences. Monica began her studies the following fall in Osteopathy and Graduated from the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques (Halifax, January 2022). Through manual therapy techniques she is able to help her patients with a variety of conditions including Back/neck pain, whiplash, TMJ/jaw problems, soft tissue injuries: sprains, strains, tendonitis, joint dysfunctions & so much more
