Description
Dr. Friesen grew up in Winnipeg and studied her undergraduate science at the University of Manitoba. Dr Friesen and Dr Nelson started Waverley Eye Care in 1995 and she is passionate about providing the best eye care possible. She graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and received the Johnson & Johnson Award for Excellence in Contact Lens patient care. She has also spent time training at eye clinics in Birmingham, Alabama and Alberta. She is passionate about ensuring children and adults have the best vision possible.
