Dr. Alissa Boroditsky joined the Transcona Optical team in 2005 after graduating with Honors from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Boroditsky is originally from Winnipeg and graduated from a French immersion high school and from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is a mother to three children. Dr. Boroditsky enjoys seeing patients in both English and French and welcomes patients of all ages. During her years of practice, she has served as the Continuing Education Chair for the Manitoba Association of Optometrists and as an Optometric delegate to the CNIB.

We specialize in urgent eye care, pre & post operative surgical care, consultations & referrals, adjustment & repair of glasses, & regular and custom contact fits.
