She then continued her education at the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. To is certified in prescribing diagnostic, topical and oral therapeutic agents. In her spare time, Dr. To enjoys photography, travelling, cooking and eating!
