Dr. Charlene To grew up in Richmond Hill and attended Richmond Hill High School before earning her Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo. She then continued her education at the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. To is certified in prescribing diagnostic, topical and oral therapeutic agents. In her spare time, Dr. To enjoys photography, travelling, cooking and eating! She stays healthy by working out and playing badminton.
