Description

Dr. Avery Fitzgerald earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario before attending the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in Boston MA, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry Degree. She graduated NECO as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa (BSK) honor society. During her time at NECO she was an active member and later President of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) student club. She also earned a spot in NECO’s pediatric concentration program, which provided her additional opportunities to work with pediatrics.

Founded in Alberta in 2008 by a group of independent optometrists, FYidoctors has grown to be Canada's largest doctor-owned and professionally managed eye care provider with over 270 locations nationwide.
