Dr. Bains has over 10 years of experience providing eye care services for diverse patient populations all over North America. She has extensive experience in ocular disease, pre and post-operative Lasik and cataract care, myopia management, and specialty contact lenses. Dr. Bains completed her Bachelors in Human Kinetics majoring in exercise physiology from the University of British Columbia and her Doctor of Optometry degree at Nova Southeastern Univeristy.
