Dr. Jason Stuart was born and raised in Barrie, Ontario. He completed his Honours Specialization in Medical Sciences (2005-2009) at the University of Western Ontario, and his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo (2010-2014). He was named to the Dean's honours list each term and received the Alcon Award in Ocular Physiology.As part of his clinical education, Dr. Stuart received extensive training at Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Affairs Medical Centre in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
