Description
Dr. Sexsmith received her Bachelor of Science with Honor's and her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Waterloo. Before creating Shaughnessy Optometry in 2006, Dr. Sexsmith worked at West 10th Eyes for 8 years and Broadway Eyecare for 4 years. In 2009, she qualified for Ocular Therapeutics and finished the advanced course of Oral Therapeutics in 2017. This gives her the designation of a dry eye specialist. She feels very blessed to have a job she enjoys every day. The opportunity to solve problems for her patients makes every day a good one and proves that optometry.
