Description
After graduating with Honours from Queen’s University with her Bachelor of Science, Dr. Maria Georgatos pursued her dream of becoming an Optometrist at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Dr. Georgatos has completed externships at various hospitals and community centres in both the US and Canada including, most impressively, the renowned Bascom Palmer in Miami, Florida. While concurrently treating and managing complex diseases of the paediatric population, she was also involved in cutting edge research in amblyopia treatment.

Medically-focused eye care clinic and boutique optical accepting new patients of all ages. Our optometrists and friendly optical staff are passionate about education and discussing with their patients any concerns they may have regarding their eyes and/or vision. Emergency eye care visits and referrals are accepted. Our doctors specialize in Dry Eye diagnosis and management, Myopia prevention and control and ocular disease management, including Diabetes. Specialty contact lens fitting also available (e.g., scleral lenses, ortho-keratology).
