Born and raised in Winnipeg, Dr. Renee Phipps holds a degree in Microbiology and Zoology from the University of Manitoba and a Doctorate degree from Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Phipps' current professional affiliations include the Gold Key Honors Society, the Manitoba Association of Optometrists, Canadian Association of Optometry, the Florida Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. After practicing in Florida, Dr. Phipps is happy to be back in her hometown, Winnipeg. Winnipeg has been a great place to raise her three children and really work with communities.
