Dr. Rebecca Horner was raised in Oshawa. After completing her Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo, she moved to Boston to continue her education at the New England College of Optometry, where she completed her Doctor of Optometry in 2000. Dr. Horner believes in thorough patient care and education. She encourages patient involvement in disease management and prevention, and enjoys working with patients of all ages. In her free time, Dr. Horner enjoys being on the ski hill and travelling with her husband and two sons.
