Dr. Darren Hatchard B.Sc., O.D. was born in Red Deer, Alberta and raised in Singapore. After completing his undergraduate degree inVision Science and Forensic Chemistry at University of Central Oklahoma, he completed his Doctor of Optometry at Pacific University in Oregon. For eighteen years, he practiced full scope Optometry with treatment and management of ocular disease in the Cayman Islands prior to the legislation to do so in Canada. Dr. Hatchard is a current board member of the British Columbia Association of Optometry (BCAO). He also has opened British Columbia’s first exclusive dry eye
