Dr. Patel is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Association of Optometrists and is board certified by the Canadian Examiners of Optometry. Dr. Patel has gained vast knowledge through working in Timmins, providing comprehensive care to an area lacking accessible ophthalmologists. She has a special interest in ocular pathology, ranging from glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and dry eye. She completed her clinic clerkship in an ophthalmology office specializing in dry eye and glaucoma and is excited to provide the best care possible to patients.
