Dr. Hatch has worked as an optometrist and a researcher for over 25 years. She is an Associate Professor and Chair of Quality Improvement in the Department of Ophthalmology and Vision Sciences at the University of Toronto, and a Research Scientist at the Kensington Eye Institute. Her research interests include improving access to eye care, evolving treatments for keratoconus and dry eye, outcomes of cataract surgery, and biomarkers in retinal imaging.
