Dr. Nhi Phan was born and raised Calgary in Calgary, Alberta. She earned her Bachelor of Science with a major in microbiology at the University of Calgary. Then she pursued her Doctor of Optometry at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Her clinical externships in Edmonton, Phoenix and Seattle provided her experience with low vision and ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetes.
