Description

Dr. Ted Smith received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 1994. As part of his clinical training, he completed an in ocular disease at Edendale Hospital, department of ophthalmology in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. Upon graduation, Dr. Smith moved to Saskatoon to work at City Hospital's department of ophthalmology and in private practice. He returned home to pursue research in glaucoma with Dr John Flanagan at the UW School of Optometry and Dr Graham Trope at Toronto Western Hospital. His career in refractive surgery began when he became Clinical Director.

Summary
