Description

A second-generation optometrist, Dr. Prentice has a long-standing relationship with optics and eye health. His father, Vernon Sr., was an optometrist in Renfrew, Ontario and his brother Jim was a dispensing optician for many years in Ottawa, Ontario. After graduating from the University of Waterloo in 1982, Dr. Prentice gained experience working for a large optometric practice in Ottawa. In late 1985, he then acquired Dr. Frank Lynch's practice here in Pembroke, Ontario. In 2001 he moved to his current location at 481 Mackay St. and has recently updated his methods of practice.

At FYidoctors, we believe that optimal eye health extends far beyond simply seeing clearly.
