Dr. Fred Cen was born in China and raised in Canada. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Calgary and received his Doctor of Optometry at the University of Waterloo. He has completed primary externships in Hong Kong and ocular disease training in Florida. Dr. Cen can provide care in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
