Dr. Kayla Beattie was born and raised in Regina and completed her optometry degree with the Class of 2014 at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science. Before moving to Waterloo, Kayla enjoyed playing three exciting seasons with the University of Regina Cougars Softball Club and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. As a clinical intern, Kayla spent time with a variety of eye specialists in Pinellas Park FL, Calgary AB, Saskatoon SK, and Waterloo ON.
