Description
Dr. Mulhall attained his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Waterloo in 1981 and founded Family Optical in 1983. He currently sits on the Board of Examiners for the Manitoba Association of Optometrists (MAO) and is past-chair of the Regulatory Advisory Committee (RAC), which was responsible for drafting therapeutic drug legislation. Dale’s hobbies include golf, fishing and spending time with wife Lauren, at their cottage.
