Dr. Kwong completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto and is a 2005 graduate of the New England College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree. Since 2005, Dr. Kwong has been practicing in Mississauga but now expands his care to Milton. His internships have taken him around the world, e.g. China where he worked at a hospital dedicated to Ophthlamology and eye conditions serving patients around the Shanghai area. Dr. Kwong is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
