Description
Dr. Chow graduated from the University of Waterloo with honours from the Doctor of Optometry program and the Bachelor of Science program. Dr. Chow has trained at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and alongside ophthalmologists in Pinellas Park, Florida. After receiving his professional license, Dr. Chow has provided eye care to the rural population in Thunder Bay, Georgina, and Huntsville, Ontario. Returning to his hometown of Toronto, Dr. Chow hopes to continue to provide high-level care to his patients in the Greater Toronto Area.
