Dr. Rachel Lin obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree with Honours from University of Waterloo. She is the recipient of the Dr. Howard A. Backman Scholarship, Bobier Lyle Fisher Research Award and Optometry Faculty Undergraduate Research Scholarship for academic excellence and optometric research. Dr. Lin completed her externship in ocular disease and therapeutics at The Scarborough Eye Associate, Bochner Eye Institute and Lasik MD. She strongly believes in patient education and eye disease prevention. She prides herself in spending time with patients and parents to discuss their concerns.

We offer a wide range of eye related services. Comprehensive eye exam performed by an Optometrist looks at the entire eye and vision system and is an important part of preventative health care. Routine eye examinations are crucial. Optometrists can detect ocular diseases at early stages, we can also detect other systemic health issues. We also specialize in Myopia Control. Our highly trained eye doctors can prescribe medication, specialty lenses and contact lenses to help control the progression of myopia in kids.
