Description
Dr. Webb is a 1977 graduate of the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry and co-founded the Complete EyeCare Optometry Clinic in the fall of that year. Dr. Webb has the distinction of being the youngest Chair in the history of the Board of Examiners in Optometry and is the recipient of the 2004 BCAO Optometrist of the Year Award. Outside private practice, Dr. Webb continues to work in research and product development. He holds a list of international patents that advance the capabilities of intraocular lenses and cameras.
