Dr Angela Issa earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the University of Montreal, School of Optometry in 2004. She completed a hospital internship at the Providence VA Medical Center in 2004. Dr. Issa currently holds a certification by l’ordre des optométristes du Québec and the National Board of Examiners in Optometry in the United States.
