Description
Dr. David Sherin studied bioinformatics at the University of Saskatchewan before being accepted to the University of Waterloo, finishing in 2008. After graduating, Dr. Sherin practiced optometry in Saskatoon for 5 years. Dr. Sherin moved to Edmonton, AB then Kelowna, BC while his wife Danielle completed her graduate studies and residency. In 2019, Dr. Sherin returned to Saskatoon to practice with the YXE Vision Group. Areas of professional interest include ocular disease treatment and prevention, contact lens fitting, and myopia control – to slow or prevent the progression of nearsightedness.
