Dr. Alexa Hecht was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is committed to providing excellent comprehensive optometric care to her patients, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience at Bayview Vision. Alexa Hecht received her Doctor of Optometry (OD) with Distinction from the University of Waterloo & previously completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Manitoba, studying Psychology and Biology. Dr. Hecht looks forward to providing patient care to the community and seeing patients of all ages. Dr. Hecht has clinical interests in dry eye management and myopia control.
