Born in India and raised in Surrey, British Columbia, Dr. Bhalla pursued his undergraduate degree in Health and Biological Sciences at Simon Fraser University. He obtained his Doctorate of Optometry in 2017 from Pacific University in Portland, Oregon. During his externships, Dr. Bhalla had the opportunity to travel to Germany and provide comprehensive eye care to military personnel and their families. Over his years of practice, Dr. Bhalla has provided expertise in managing ocular disease, contact lens fitting, pediatric and primary care.
