Description
I focus on empowering my clients to continue participation in meaningful activities despite their mental health challenges. Over the years, I have built expertise and knowledge around treatment of OCD and Trauma from a neurodiversity-affirming lens. As a mother of 2, I am also passionate in supporting new parents overcome the numerous mental health challenges that come with parenthood. My goal is to help you optimize your mental health and lead an independent life based on your own terms. My expertise is in the treatment of OCD where I utilize a combination of CBT/ERP, ACT, CFT, and I-CBT.
