Vanessa Poulton is an experienced occupational therapist who is passionate about supporting clients struggling with their mental health. She has extensive experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety and depression, trauma histories, and life transitions. She focuses her sessions on building skills to increase coping in daily life, and believes each day provides opportunity for growth and change. She has training in evidence-based psychotherapies, including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness to support children, teens, adults and families.
