Erika is a dedicated occupational therapist specializing in supporting adults living with mental health and addiction challenges. She primarily works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation and sensory processing, and stress management, helping them navigate daily life with greater confidence and independence.

Grounded in client-centered care, Erika integrates evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Behavioral Activation into her practice.

At Thrive Therapy we offer Occupational Therapy,  Speech Therapy, and Counselling services to children, youth, adults, and seniors across Nova Scotia.
