Alana is an occupational therapist with a special interest supporting children and adolescents experiencing emotional regulation and mental health challenges. She uses evidence-based modalities such as the Zones of Regulation and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy within her practice. She is passionate about enabling participation in self-identified areas of meaningful occupation.
