Tara has over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in community and clinic settings. She has experience working with all ages and populations. Tara specializes in working with Musculoskeletal/orthopaedic injuries, Chronic Pain, Mental health (including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and PTSD), Concussion / traumatic brain injury, and Mixed diagnoses. Tara also assists clients with return to work. Tara is devoted to aiding clients in restoring functionality and leading lives filled with meaning. Summary
We are an experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, and Rehab Assistants that provide mobile, community-based Injury Rehabilitation Services across the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. We will travel to meet clients at their homes, community gyms or pools, or their worksites. We specialize in soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and mental health disorders. We also coordinate the return to work process. Our goal is always to restore function and independence in daily activities, empowering clients to live their most productive lives.
