Sarah specializes in working with Musculoskeletal/orthopaedic injuries, Chronic Pain, Mental health (including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and PTSD), Concussion / traumatic brain injury, and Mixed diagnoses. Sarah also assists clients with return to work. Sarah has a passion for community-based programs, assisting clients of all age groups regain function and meaning in their daily lives. - Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Victoria, and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She has completed additional education and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Chronic Pain Management, Concussion Management, Exposure Therapy, Sleep Interventions, Mindfulness and Relaxation, Motivational Interviewing, and Seating and Positioning. She is also certified to administer the MoCA.

Summary
We are an experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, and Rehab Assistants that provide mobile community-based Injury Rehabilitation Services across the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. We will travel to meet clients at their homes, community gyms or pools, or their worksites. We specialize in soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and mental health disorders. We also coordinate the return to work process. Our goal is always to restore function and independence in daily activities, empowering clients to live their most productive lives.
