I specialize in Community Reintegration, Stress and Pain Management, Case Management, Home Safety/Support Assessments, Coordination of RA Programs, Return to Work Intervention, Coordination of Hospital Discharge and Mental Health Management. Summary
We are an experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, and Rehab Assistants that provide mobile, community-based Injury Rehabilitation Services across the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. We will travel to meet clients at their homes, community gyms or pools, or their worksites. We specialize in soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and mental health disorders. We also coordinate the return to work process. Our goal is always to restore function and independence in daily activities, empowering clients to live their most productive lives.
