Description

I am a Toronto-based occupational therapist and psychotherapist registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. I provide virtual therapy across Ontario and see clients in person in west Toronto.

My approach to psychotherapy is relational and integrative, drawing from experiential, somatic, and trauma therapies, mindfulness, attachment, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy (Level 1), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP, Level 2 in progress).

Summary

I see therapy as a sort of pilgrimage to our authentic, integrated selves, sometimes in the face of darkness and confusion. I believe that journeying through what feels difficult in our lives is part of the process of bringing our fullest and best into the world, and I would be honoured to support you in this journey.
