I am a Toronto-based occupational therapist and psychotherapist registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. My approach to therapy is relational and integrative, drawing from AEDP and trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, attachment, internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and others.
