Description

I am an Occupational Therapist and a certified Gestalt Therapist. I have worked with adults with mental health concerns in hospital, community and private practice settings. I work with individuals who are experiencing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, family/relationship challenges, life transitions, loneliness, grief/loss, aging issues, caregiver burnout, stress and trauma. 
I combine my Gestalt approach with my training in IFS (Internal Family Systems), somatic therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
