My experiences as an occupational therapist (OT) have shown me how resilient individuals are in the face of challenges, whether these be physical, cognitive or mental health based. I love that OTs don't separate these domains, but consider how each impacts the other and always prioritizes what is meaningful to the client in helping them to achieve their goals. 

I specialize in providing exposure therapy, counselling, home modification and ergonomic assessments. I would love to be part of your journey in helping you feel more comfortable in your home, office or simply more like yourself again.
