Beth is a graduate of the Master’s of Occupational Therapy program at University of Toronto and is excited to be offering psychotherapy services at Ossington Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. Her approach to psychotherapy includes a client-centred approach to explore the feelings, thoughts, and behaviours that move us towards or away from our goals. Beth aims to support clients to incorporate awareness, mindfulness and self-compassion in day-to-day life. Beth has certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
