Description
I work with individuals with diverse issues, including anxiety and trauma. I also work with individuals to increase their resiliency and to prevent burnout. My unique life experience exposed me to different cultures and ways of living, which included the Middle East, Europe, and North America. I believe that the individual’s mental health, life, and behaviours are better understood when body, mind, and context are examined simultaneously. Our life events are based on the interactions of these three parts. Mental heath struggles can be isolating; recovery requires connection!
