Marie graduated in 1994 from Queen's University with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She than continued her studies completing a M.Sc. in Community Based Rehabilitation. She has held several public positions over these last 30+ years and has always maintained her private practice. Her private practice includes working as an educator, researcher, developer, care manager, and clinical therapist. She has specialized in community rehabilitation services working primarily with adults and older adults in both physical and mental health.
